Room Reservation Request

If you have not yet reserved your room at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel and Conference Center please do so as soon as possible.

We have a discounted block of rooms being held for attendees which we have to carefully manage in order that we do not pay penalties.

The block is released on 15 May and after that discounts would only be available on a space available basis. However this block will be reviewed at the end of April and reduced if it appears that attendees are not reserving the number of rooms anticipated - so we need a good representative count. If rooms are released, and you have not reserved one, our discounted block may run out early which will impact room cost and availability for those who have not reserved.

To reserve your room please call the hotel at 800-468-2722 or 757-481-9000 and ask for the IASD Conference group rate.

For information on the hotel you can visit their website at For informationon the hotel you can visit their website at virginiabeachresort.com or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

The discounted rate is $139 for singles or doubles and increases only $10 per person beyond that for up to four (the standard rate is about $188 in that time period). Note that the website may show no rooms available for some of the dates due to the effect of our room block - so you must call.
